Terms and Conditions

You will be notified when an interpreter and/or captioner is assigned. Generally requests should be submitted at least 1 week in advance. Event organizers for major events, including those that will be streamed and require broadcast captioning should be requested at least 3 weeks in advance. Requests with shorter notice may be fulfilled depending on availability of service providers.

Important Note

There may be a chargeback to your department for the costs, including cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice. Please contact dhoh@sfsu.edu for questions about this request or for additional information about planning an accessible event.

If you are a registered student with Disability Programs and Resource Center and eligible for deaf and hard of hearing accommodation, please login to your myDPRC profile to complete your custom request.
